A visitor uploads a photo of their space, picks one of your products and a style, and gets a photorealistic AI preview in seconds. You bring your own AI key, so there is no per-image markup and no per-render fee to us.
A live run on chaijoywood.com: upload → product → preview in about 18 seconds.
The plugin keeps your product's shape, material and finish, and re-renders it into the customer's own space with correct scale, lighting and shadows. The result is watermarked and delivered on your site — with a download link if you allow it.
A real pair from a live Joywood install (fal.ai FLUX Kontext multi, watermarked server-side with the site logo). The output always carries your own watermark. Actual results depend on the room photo and the product image.
Camera capture instead of drag-and-drop, the catalogue as a drawer instead of a side panel, keyboard-operable product cards, and a gallery lightbox that works with a thumb. Desktop, tablet and phone layouts were each verified on a live install.
A catalogue photo leaves the hardest question unanswered: “will it work in my room?” AI Remix Photo answers it on the product page, while the shopper is still deciding.
Shoppers see scale and proportion in their own space instead of guessing from a studio shot.
Optional lead form (phone / WhatsApp, PDPA-style consent, your own fields) plus an async webhook to your CRM or n8n — before the render is even generated.
You connect your own fal.ai key and pay the provider directly — roughly $0.04 an image instead of per-image SaaS pricing.
Photos are normalised on your server, source images are never posted publicly, and the plugin never phones home to the vendor.
No account, no app, no upload-and-email. Everything lives in one shortcode you drop on any page.
Drag & drop, file picker or the phone camera. The server validates the file, strips EXIF, auto-corrects orientation and builds a privacy-safe, size-capped derivative before anything leaves your site.
Your catalogue, grouped by category with your own names, alt text and styles — created from the WordPress Media Library in the admin, no code and no external catalogue service.
Each category carries its own prompts and style buttons (Match my room, Warm & cozy, Bright & airy …) so the render fits the brand voice you configured.
One click submits an async job — the browser polls politely, so no PHP request is left hanging. The finished image is downloaded to your server, watermarked, then shown, downloadable and (optionally) shared to the public results gallery.
Step 3 as the shopper sees it — style buttons, the optional lead form (your fields, your consent text) and the single paid action behind one button.
Result card and public gallery, captured on a live install. The gallery is opt-in per visitor, moderated by the admin, and expires on your schedule.
Not a wrapper around an API call — a complete, admin-managed product surface with the boring parts (privacy, cost control, abuse limits, cleanup) already solved.
Furniture is where we started — it is not where it ends. The catalogue, the styles and the prompts are all per-category, so the same install serves any product a customer needs to picture in their own room, wall, floor or garden.
Sofas, dining sets, beds, storage — the original use case, and the busiest one.
Let the customer see the plank, the tile or the pattern laid across their own floor.
Pattern, colour and drop judged against the customer's own window and light.
Custom cabinetry shown in the buyer's actual kitchen or bedroom before the site measure.
Show the door or gate on the customer's own façade, corridor or porch.
The colour on their wall instead of on a swatch card.
Scale and glow checked in the room where they will actually hang.
Vanities, showers and fittings previewed in the customer's own bathroom.
The piece at real scale, on their wall or under their sofa.
Pergolas, decking and paving previewed in their own garden or courtyard.
Panels and shading shown on the customer's own roof line.
A visual for the quotation: the finished look, before any work starts.
Showroom tablets and sales counters, a free render as a WhatsApp lead magnet, quotations with a picture, designer-client presentations, dealer or franchise networks with one catalogue each, and a public gallery that turns finished rooms into social proof.
Office fit-outs, event and venue styling, car interiors and upholstery, and virtual staging for property listings — anywhere “will it look right in my space?” is the question that stalls the sale.
One install can carry a mixed range of categories, so a single licence can serve more than one product line. Pricing is per site — see the licences below.
Virtual-staging SaaS charges per image or per seat and keeps the customer relationship. A 3D artist charges per render. This plugin charges once and stays on your site.
| AI Remix Photo (you bring your AI key) | Typical virtual-staging SaaS | 3D artist / photoshoot | |
|---|---|---|---|
| Cost of 100 previews | ≈ $4 (provider price only) | ≈ $53 at ~$0.53/image, or a $19–27/mo seat | $2,000+ and days of turnaround |
| Per-image markup to a middleman | None | Yes | n/a |
| Where the shopper is | On your site, in your funnel | A third-party app | Email / WhatsApp |
| Your catalogue & prompts | Yours, editable in the WP admin | Their library and rules | Custom, manual |
| Lead capture built in | Phone / WhatsApp + webhook | Usually not | Manual |
| Watermark & brand control | Logo, position, opacity, size | Varies / paid tier | Negotiated |
| Data residency | Your WordPress database and uploads folder | Their cloud | Local files |
| Abuse & cost ceilings | Per-IP, monthly cap, concurrency | Their caps, your bill | Contract |
| Monthly platform fee | None — the licence is annual | Yes, recurring | Retainer |
SaaS comparison based on published 2026 pricing for virtual-staging tools (e.g. ~$0.53/image on a top plan; entry plans around $19/month). AI provider pricing is set by your provider, not by us — verify current rates with them.
Prices in USD. Every licence includes one year of updates and email support, the full admin console, and unlimited previews on your licensed sites.
For a single brand site that wants one killer product page.
For furniture and interior retailers with more than one property.
For designers and agencies deploying this for clients.
Prefer a one-time payment? Lifetime licences: $179 / $379 / $699 — updates for the life of the product.
14-day money-back guarantee. Early-bird: 30% off for the first 100 customers.
Yes. You connect your own fal.ai API key in the plugin settings, so the renders are billed to you at the provider's own rate — no credits, no per-image markup, no expiring packs. The optional vision-analysis and prompt-writing features accept any OpenAI-compatible endpoint (including local models).
With fal.ai's FLUX Kontext multi model the list price was about $0.04 per generated image when we last checked — so 100 previews cost roughly $4, and the plugin's default 250/month ceiling works out around $10. Compare that with roughly $0.53 per image on a typical virtual-staging SaaS plan.
No. Each visitor gets an opaque session cookie that remembers their upload, their selected product and their last result for as long as your retention window allows. Nothing personal is required — unless you turn on lead capture and they choose to leave a phone number or email for follow-up.
Uploads are validated and resized on your server, EXIF metadata is stripped, the raw original is deleted right after normalisation, and only the normalised derivative is sent to the AI provider. Private uploads and results are served through session-authorised endpoints, never as public file URLs, and everything expires on your retention setting (7 days by default). Only the generated, watermarked result can appear in the public gallery — never the customer's room photo.
Yes. The watermark uses your site logo by default (or any image from the Media Library), with nine positions, size as a percentage of the shorter side, opacity and a safe margin. A configurable “AI-generated visualisation — the actual product may vary” disclosure is shipped and editable.
Three independent ceilings: a rolling per-IP limit (30 accepted generations per 360 minutes by default), a site-wide monthly cap (250 by default) that warns you at 80% and blocks new paid jobs at 100%, and a concurrency ceiling. All are configurable, and a visitor can never trigger a paid render by just clicking a style.
The plugin embeds with two shortcodes — the app and the results gallery — so it works in any theme, page builder or template that can render a shortcode (including an Elementor HTML widget today). Native Elementor widgets and a WooCommerce product-page embed are on the roadmap; WooCommerce is not required.
WordPress 6.6 or newer, PHP 8.2 or newer, the GD or ImageMagick image extension, and an HTTPS site (the AI providers require it). A fal.ai account for image generation; an OpenAI-compatible endpoint is optional.
No. The plugin has no vendor phone-home, no analytics beacon and no update pings to us. Usage statistics are stored in your own database, and the only outbound requests are to the AI providers you configured.
14-day money-back guarantee, no questions. Email support for a year with every licence (priority on Agency), plus documentation and a changelog. The code is GPLv2+ — the licence key unlocks updates, support and the admin convenience features, and your licence can be moved between sites from the customer portal.
Shipped today: everything on this page. These items are in development — they are listed so you know where the product is going, not as part of what you buy now.
Drag-and-drop App and Gallery widgets on top of the shortcodes.
Offer the preview straight from a product page with that product pre-selected.
Optional vision model rejects unusable photos and writes the prompt for you.
Install it, paste your AI key, add two products and one shortcode — the rest (privacy, watermark, caps, gallery) is already handled.
